Hamilton Price is able to offer a bespoke service to our clients catering for special requirements. Our standard registration and recruitment process is as follows:
Telephone Interview
Upon the receipt of a candidate’s details we firstly telephone interview candidates to ensure that they are suitable for Hamilton Price to register.
Face-to-Face Interview
Once we are satisfied that the candidate is of “Hamilton Price calibre” they are invited in for an interview with one of our trained consultants. This interview is designed to establish the skills that they possess, their personal aspirations and their personality. All candidates go through this process. If a candidate is relocating to the area we will thoroughly telephone interview them and set up a video conference where possible.
Interview Notes
The consultant that interviews the candidate writes up comprehensive notes that are forwarded to you and kept on our database to be used as necessary.
Recruitment Methods
Approach
- Advertised Selection: This involves placing an advertisement in Local or National press; this can be branded or unbranded. We will then produce a shortlist of candidates for the role. As part of this approach we will advise on media selection, we will write copy to be approved by you and will screen and interview all candidates.
- Executive Search: This involves extensive research into the market place and the identification of suitable candidates within target organisations. This is followed by a discreet approach to a long list of candidates and those interested in the opportunity will be interviewed face to face and a shortlist from these interviews will be produced.
- Advertised Search: This involves a combination of the fore mentioned methods which complement each other and reach as wide a net of candidates as possible.
